dc.descriptionAbstract:Failure to repair certain types of damage and the limitations that the victim can be found in the satisfaction of a proper remedy, in fact or in law make it necessary that in Argentine law existing institutions adapt to the new needs and be advocates a general scheme that allows the handicapped may obtain, in advance, the protection ofhis person or his property against damage likely caused. In this line are signs the regime of civil liability of the new Civil Code and commercial of the nation.en-US
dc.descriptionResumen: La imposibilidad de reparar cierto tipo de daños y las limitaciones que de hecho o de derecho la víctima puede encontrar en la satisfacción de un resarcimiento adecuado, hacen necesario que en el derecho argentino se adapten las instituciones vigentes a las nuevas necesidades y se propugne un régimen general que permita al posible perjudicado obtener, en forma anticipada, la protección de su persona o de sus bienes frente a daños que previsiblemente puedan ser causados. En esta línea se enrola el régimen de responsabilidad civil del nuevo Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación.es-ES
